Hi Everyone,
I feel like I'm always apologising lately for being such a bad blogger :-( I have been so busy I need an extra 24 hrs in a day lol. I finally decided to take the plunge and try to build up a little business now that our granddaughter is at nursery full time and starts school in September so I am no longer on nanny duty every day. I have booked up for quite a few craft fairs over the next few months too so I have to do lists coming out of my ears ! I'm loving it though after dreaming of having the time to do something for me for a long time, I just need twice as much of it !
Anyway apologies to Shell and my lovely teamies that my DT post for the new challenge at My Time To Craft is so late, I had the card made in plenty of time I just haven't been able to get on the PC to blog it !
The Challenge this fortnight is Circles so quite a lot of scope for ideas there, as I am woefully behind on Christmas cards for my stash box I decided to make one of those.
I used some of the images from the 'Scrumptious Christmas' set from DSB coloured with Promarkers and a sparkle gel pen. I cut the circles with my stitched circle dies and then matted onto the red and Kraft panel. The reindeer paper I downloaded years ago and can't remember where it was from now but I thought it was really cute. The sentiment came with the images and I just punched the corners with a Tonic corner punch. Some Josy Rose nail heads just finish it off.
I decided to make an A5 card this time which I hardly ever do but think I will be making more this size and this card is also nice and flat for posting.
Well that's all for now, while I am on the computer I am going to do some visiting of your lovely blogs as I have really missed seeing all of your gorgeous cards,
Big Crafty Hugs

MAWTT Challenge #71 - Sentiment no Image
Hi Everyone,
A new Challenge has started at Moving Along With The Times Challenge blog today and this time the theme is Sentiment No Images so we want to see the sentiment as the focal point on the card.
For my card I used one of the lovely 'Milestone Birthday Sentiments' from DigiStamp Boutique, I found some pretty Damask type paper in my bits box which I matted onto gold pearlescent card and the sentiment is matted onto the same card. I have added some pearl string from Buddly Crafts around the edge to finish it off.
My team mates have made some gorgeous inspiration cards so pop over to the blog and take a look, we look forward to seeing your creations too !
That's all for now,
Hugs Kaz xxx

My Time to Craft - Challenge #370
Hi Everyone,
I can't believe it's been 2 weeks since I have put in an appearance I'm such a bad blogger lately. I've been poorly the last 10 days with a bad ear infection which affected my balance quite a bit, if I tried to stand up I fell over so I have been hardly daring to move out of my chair during the day while hubby is at work just in case.
I feel a lot better today though so I managed to get my DT card done for the new challenge that starts today over on My Time to Craft. The theme is Coloured card so we want to see you stamping or colouring on coloured card....No white !
For my card I used Daisy Bear from Di's Digi Designs which I printed onto blue card and coloured with Promarkers. I used a dotty method (technical term lol) for colouring the sweet bear and was quite pleased how it turned out. I was much less pleased with the placement of the ribbon though but by the time I decided I had stuck it down with red tape and there was no way it was coming off without totally ruining the card.
I will be catching up on your lovely blogs over the next couple of days, enjoy the rest of the weekend whatever your plans.
Bye for now
